Ian devotes 100% of his practice to litigation. Throughout his career, Ian has represented businesses and individuals in a broad range of commercial matters through trial and appeal. He has successfully represented clients in partnership disputes, non-compete enforcement and defense, breach of contract disputes, fraud schemes, professional liability, product liability, First Amendment disputes, and various business torts. Ian has experience in multiple industries, including commercial real estate, hospitality, oil and gas, aviation, private credit, and tech.

He is also actively involved in the community, being a member in the Cuban American Bar Association and the Florida Bar Business Law Section. Ian is also a member of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit’s Grievance Committee. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, all federal and bankruptcy courts in Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Maryland bankruptcy court. He has also appeared in arbitral tribunals such as JAMS and AAA.

Ian earned his undergraduate degree at Florida International University and his law degree at St. Thomas University College of Law.
