Daniella Gonzalez is a licensed Florida attorney whose law practice is specialized in a broad range of immigration law areas, including Business and Family Immigration, Fiancé Visas, Consular Processing, Green Card applications, Adjustment of Status through marriage, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Naturalization, and Citizenship.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Daniella pursued her undergraduate studies at Florida International University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her journey in the legal field began post-graduation when she started working at an immigration law firm, sparking her passion for assisting people through intricate legal processes. Daniella furthered her legal education at St. Thomas University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor degree. Her experience includes internships and clerkships with various legal entities, broadening her exposure to different legal areas. During law school, she also actively participated in the St. Thomas University School of Law Tax Clinic, representing low-income taxpayers.

Growing up with Colombian parents, Daniella has a personal understanding of the complexities of immigration law. This background fuels her empathy and commitment to providing compassionate legal guidance to those navigating immigration challenges.

Daniella’s professional involvement includes active membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the American Bar Association.
