Garrett Zediker, Esq.

Mr. Zediker has a broad spectrum of experience in state and federal court. He has practiced in personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, aviation, workers comp, first party contract disputes. In addition, he has tried well over 200 jury and bench trials in county, circuit and federal courts in both the criminal and civil arenas, throughout the state of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, and also of the Florida Workers’ Advocates organization. He has secured verdicts in excess of million dollars for his clients, including 2.4 million dollar verdict for a complicated product liability case. He continues to try cases and provide trial support throughout South Florida.

Currently, he runs his own law firm, ZEDIKER LAW, with a diverse approach in which he can advise on Colombian legislation on specific civil and administrative law matters. This office also excels in complex legal actions that include personal injury, labor disputes related to wages and injuries to workers who are exploited by employers. The office represents as well in liability cases for accidents, personal injuries and workers’ compensation, at an early stage, during mediation and in court.
