Julieth Monroy, Esq.

Julieth Monroy focuses her practice on cases involving general liability, negligent security, automobile negligence, wrongful death, and sexual assault. Throughout her career, Julieth has also counseled domestic and international insurers on insurance coverage matters involving commercial general liability and commercial property claims, time and policy limit demands, and bad faith exposure.

In addition to her professional career, Julieth has also dedicated her time to volunteering, representing unaccompanied children in need of legal assistance, through the Cuban American Bar Association.

Julieth obtained her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2011, graduating 3rd in her class. Julieth was invited to speak at the Third District Court of Appeal’s Induction Ceremony in May 2012 after earning one of the highest scores on the Florida Bar Exam. During law school, Julieth was a member of the St. Thomas Law Review, the Moot Court Board and a Dean’s Merit Scholar.
