Dionny Garces Lopez

I am a Venezuelan Lawyer who graduated in 2007 from the University of Los Andes (ULA). I began my career at the Ministry of Labor, where I worked from 2002 to 2008. Subsequently, I dedicated myself to private legal practice, excelling as a litigator. From 2009 to 2021, I served as a judicial depositary.

In 2023-2024, I completed an LL.M. in Intercultural Human Rights at St. Thomas University in Miami and am currently a Bar Association candidate. In addition to my professional work, I am a committed philanthropist and human rights advocate, with a special focus on the Venezuelan diaspora community.
