I am a Colombian lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors. I moved to Miami a few months ago, seeking new opportunities and expanding my professional experience.<\/p>\n

I studied law at the Externado University of Colombia and then completed two specializations at the Universidad de Los Andes, one in Financial Legislation and the other one in Commercial Law. I also have an MBA that I studied in Madrid when I lived there for two years. Additionally, I obtained a Master’s degree in Private Law from the Universidad de Los Andes and I am a certified conciliator in law.<\/p>\n

I have developed my professional career in various sectors, both public and private, acquiring extensive experience in personal data protection. I was an advisor to the Superintendent Delegate for the Protection of Personal Data at the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, as the highest authority in this field in Colombia. There, I was in charge of the most important and high-impact cases. I also advised companies on the implementation of the data protection law, drafting of privacy and data processing policies, and management of security incidents.<\/p>\n

I also have solid experience in Commercial Law, Corporate Law and Insolvency.<\/p>\n

My personal interests include traveling, cooking, gastronomy, reading and learning new things as well as understanding canine behavior because I love dogs.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
