M. Hassan Mustafá

M. Hassan Mustafá is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mustafa Toro Legal Group. An attorney graduated with honors from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, he holds a specialization in Commercial Law from Universidad del Rosario, advanced studies in Digital Law from the University of Chicago, and has been honored by the Washington College of Law at American University. With over a decade of experience, he has served as a strategic legal advisor to key public entities in Colombia, including the Superintendencia de Sociedades, the Agencia Nacional de Minería, and the Regional Government of Antioquia. In the private sector, he counsels domestic businesses and foreign investors across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe on cross-border transactions, corporate governance, and legal strategy. He currently serves as permanent legal counsel and board member for multiple enterprises.
