Daniel is an associate in Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer’s dispute resolution practice.  Daniel focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters. He advises domestic and international clients across a range of sectors, including petroleum products, energy and mining, financial services, and real estate.  Daniel has represented companies in US state and federal courts in several complex disputes, including toxic tort actions, breach of contract actions, civil RICO actions, and commercial foreclosure proceedings.  He also provides litigation avoidance and risk management advice on issues relating to contract terms, and internal and government investigations.
