Ivan Guzman Rojas, Esq.

I am a Colombian American Attorney graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Cali, Colombia in 2016. I also completed LL.M studies at the University of Miami School of Law in 2018 and have been living in Florida since 2017.

In my almost 10-year professional experience, I have worked as LATAM Legal Specialist and Risk Manager for Microsoft Latin America, Associate Attorney for Asensi Abogados where I collaborated in the licensing process for major online gaming companies now established in Colombia and I am currently Sr. Manager, Compliance and Legal Affairs at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.

I have also completed studies in International Commercial Arbitration at American University in Washington D.C. and most recently a course on Leadership, Ethics and Corporate Accountability at Harvard Business School.

I am currently a Florida Bar Authorized House Counsel.
