I am a bilingual legal professional with a background in Colombian law and legal experience in the United States. I hold a law degree from Universidad Autonoma Latinoamericana, and I am currently pursuing an LL.M. in Transnational Law at the University of Miami School of Law.
I have over six years of experience working as a paralegal in immigration and general legal practice, handling complex cases including removal defense, humanitarian relief, business immigration, and family law matters. I am highly detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing effective legal support and client-centered service. My multicultural background allows me to connect with diverse communities and navigate cross-border legal issues effectively.

I have extensive experience as a paralegal in both immigration and general legal practice. Most recently, I worked as a Removal Paralegal at Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law, where I managed over 100 active cases, including removal defense and humanitarian applications. I was responsible for drafting legal motions, conducting legal research, and coordinating cases across jurisdictions.
Previously, I worked as a Senior Paralegal at Viviana P. Ardila, P.A., where I handled a wide range of immigration matters, including E-2 visas, naturalization, asylum, and family-based petitions. I also supported family law cases, assisting with pleadings, client preparation, and court documentation.
Earlier in my career, I gained experience working with courts in Colombia and as a legal assistant, where I developed strong skills in legal research, drafting, and case preparation
