Francisco J. Cuello is a legal and business professional with extensive experience in personal injury litigation, business development, and community advocacy. He currently serves as a Personal Injury Paralegal at Schwed, Adams & McGinley, where he supports complex litigation involving wrongful death, premises liability, automobile accidents, and catastrophic injury cases across multiple jurisdictions.
Francisco is the founder of Incorporate Legal, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to connecting businesses with government contracting opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives.

Originally trained as an attorney in the Dominican Republic, Francisco earned his LL.M. in Comparative Law from the University of Miami School of Law, with a concentration in transnational transactions. He successfully passed the New York Bar Examination and is pursuing admission to the New York and Tennessee bars.

A passionate advocate for the Hispanic community, Francisco serves on the Board of the Hispanic Heritage Chamber of Commerce and the Palm Beach County Fair Housing and Equal Employment Board. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to promoting access to justice, economic opportunity, and professional advancement for diverse communities.
