Founder of Brickell Law Group P.A. (2015) and International CPA of Miami (2008). As of March 2025, he remains the only attorney in the United States to hold dual board certifications in both Tax Law and International Law by the Florida Bar, while also being licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (Delaware, Massachusetts, and Florida) and an Enrolled Agent (Federal).

Born in Bogotá, Colombia, and raised in Weston, Florida, he is a Member of the Florida Bar Certification Committee in International Law, entrusted with drafting and reviewing international tax-related questions for the board certification exam.

A trusted advisor and legal representative for some of the wealthiest Latin American families with over $1 billion in structured international tax exposure. A globally recognized speaker and lecturer on international tax and complex case representation, he serves as a faculty member at the Latin American Business Institute.

Currently, he leads fully staffed offices in Miami (Brickell) and Bogotá (Belmira), overseeing a team of 30+ professionals. Additionally, he maintains satellite offices in Tampa Bay and Panama City, Panama, and collaborates with associated legal firms worldwide, including those in Nevis, the Cook Islands, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the British Virgin Islands, Canada, Mexico, St. Lucia, the Bahamas, and Belize, among others.
