Andres F. Vidales is the Founder and Principal Attorney of VIDALES LAW, a litigation-driven law firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. His practice focuses on high-stakes disputes, including business and commercial litigation, employment litigation (including unpaid wages and commissions), medical malpractice, civil fraud, and complex trial matters, including class actions.
Mr. Vidales represents individuals, professionals, and businesses in both state and federal courts, including the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is known for his strategic, trial-forward approach and his ability to navigate complex, high-exposure cases from inception through resolution.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Vidales serves as outside general counsel to domestic and international companies, advising on risk management, contracts, employment issues, and dispute avoidance strategies.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Vidales had a background in business and entrepreneurship, with experience across North America, Latin America, and Asia, which informs his practical and results-oriented legal strategy.
Mr. Vidales earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University.
