Eve is an experienced international lawyer currently serving as Senior Attorney at FedEx Logistics, Inc. for its international legal and regulatory affairs department. Eve advises internal stakeholders on local and international business transactions, cross border dispute resolution, including international litigation and arbitration, international employment law, and risk mitigation. Prior to joining FedEx, Eve worked in the U.S. for Chiquita Brands International, and interned for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC.

During her legal career in Colombia, where she was born and raised, Eve served as general counsel for a variety of companies and developed her expertise in civil law jurisdictions litigation practice, which has proved handy in her roles in international companies.
