Mr. Woodbridge earned his undergraduate degree at Yale University, magna cum laude. He earned a Master’s Degree at Middlebury College and the Sorbonne and holds a Spanish Law Degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He earned his American J.D. law degree at the University of Cincinnati.

Before studying law, he worked for 12 years in the Republic of Cameroon, for the Cameroonian Ministry of Education and the French Ministry of Cooperation as a teacher and state secondary school principal (Proviseur de Lycée).
Fluent in French, Spanish and Portuguese, he has given lectures on international arbitration in Brazil for the U.S. Information Agency and lectures on U.S. law in Florida, Brazil, Colombia and France to foreign attorneys and judges.

He is a past president and current secretary of the Colombian American Bar Association.
