Licensed to practice law in New York and Colombia, I pair litigation training from Colombia with U.S. federal international tax experience to deliver practical, transaction‑driven solutions.

My recent work includes legal‑entity rationalizations and sell‑side tax modeling for complex transactions, including deals valued at over $1 billion.

I earned my J.D. from Universidad Externado de Colombia, an LL.M. in Taxation (Honors; Dean’s List) from Georgetown University Law Center with a certificate in International Tax, and a second LL.M. in EU & International Tax from King’s College London (2025).

I work bilingually in English and Spanish, collaborating frequently across LATAM and Europe to align structures with evolving U.S. and global rules.
