I’m a transactional, corporate and finance attorney with over 12 years of experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, corporate finance, and project finance. With a focus on the United States and Latin America, I advise clients across various industries, including renewable energy, technology, transportation, infrastructure, financial services, healthcare, oil & gas, and consumer services.
Admitted to practice law in New York and Colombia, I possess a deep understanding of international legal frameworks and business environments. Having recently relocated from New York, where I practiced at prominent law firms, I am now honored to co-teach “Transactional Skills 1” at the University of Miami Law School.
