Sandra Clavijo, Esq. is an Immigration Attorney who graduated from the Universidad Libre in Cali, Colombia (1992), and Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (2017). She holds a Master of International & Comparative Law (LL.M.) from the University of Miami, (2010), and she is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.

Attorney Clavijo is licensed to practice law in Colombia and in the State of Florida. She has over 25 years of extensive experience in the practice of Comparative and International Law. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and a member of the Dade County Bar. She also has served on the Board of Directors of the Colombian American Chamber of Commerce in Miami, FL since 2007.

Having spent the first two decades of her career practicing Comparative and International Law and as an immigrant in the United States, Ms. Clavijo has experienced many of the issues and obstacles immigrants in this country encounter, both personally and professionally.

Attorney Clavijo has written and lectured on legal topics relating to International Trade and Investment, US Immigration Law, and the conduct of international litigation.
