ALIRIO GIRALDO ARISTIZÁBAL

Professional practice for over 15 years focused on business law, foreign investment in Colombia, and commercial dispute resolution. Experience in national law firms and the Colombian government, specifically in the National Mining Agency attached to the Ministry of Mines and Energy in the mining contracting management. Practice as a founding partner and consultant since September 2017.

Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, postgraduate in Commercial Law from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, and currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Arbitration at the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja (Spain) as a International Youth Organization (OIJ) Scholar. Complementary training in Law and Economics; and Finance from the Universidad EAFIT and in Taxes from the Centro de Estudios Tributarios de Antioquia – CETA in partnership with the Universidad San Buenaventura.

Teaching experience as a postgraduate professor of Commercial Law at the Universidad del Rosario in partnership with the Universidad CES, of Business Law at the Universidad de Medellín, and in the postgraduate program in Civil Liability and Insurance at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.

Active researcher on Commercial Customs at the Medellín Chamber of Commerce’s Legal Studies Team, achieving the certification of customs on concession contracts and commercial leases in 2023.
