Nestor Raúl Londoño Sepúlveda

Néstor R. Londoño S.: Associate Professor at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (UPB), Lawyer from the same university, Doctor of Law “Cum Laude” from the University of Zaragoza, Master in Business Law from the Francisco de Vitoria University (Madrid, Spain), and Specialist in Private Law from the UPB. He is a professor of Private International Law, International Contracts, and Corporations at various universities in Colombia. He is a founding member of the firm DEC Consultores SAS, established in 2008, which aims to provide legal advice to investors and foreign individuals intending to settle in Colombia or conduct business with the country. He is the author of the books “Online Conflict Resolution: Technology at the Service of Law” (2014) and “The Applicable Law to International Contracts: The Evolution towards Transnational Commercial Law” (2020). He is also a member of the Antioquian Institute of Private International Law.
