Eric L. Jackwin is a licensed Florida Attorney focused on serving clients with their business and real estate needs. Mr. Jackwin started this law firm in order to provide the attention to detail small and medium-sized businesses and start-up companies require in this ever-changing world. Mr. Jackwin often represents buyers, sellers, landlords, investors, entrepreneurs, and high-net worth individuals with their acquisition, management and disposition of real estate and business entities.

Mr. Jackwin’s passion and drive is in Real Estate. As a real estate investor himself and from serving as General Counsel to the Abode Group, Mr. Jackwin’s unique perspective has given him the edge needed to provide candid advice to his clients in the real estate sector. Mr. Jackwin stays up-to-date with all the legal trends affecting real estate in this digital age and throughout COVID-19.

Prior to founding Jackwin Legal, P.A., Mr. Jackwin practiced in the areas of Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Business Law and Civil Litigation at a boutique law firm located in Palm Beach County, Florida. Mr. Jackwin also holds his Florida real estate broker’s license and is an approved Florida Remote Online Notary (RON).

Mr. Jackwin is originally from Connecticut and moved to South Florida in 2007. Mr. Jackwin was recruited to swim for Florida Atlantic University’s Men’s Swimming & Diving Team, where he was named Captain his senior year. Swimming is still a passion for him as he is a Three-Time All American Masters Swimmer with Swim Fort Lauderdale Master’s Team. Mr. Jackwin is proud to be a Trustee Member of Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale, a non-profit organization responsible for revitalizing the riverfront area in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
