Previously to coming to the United States I worked as an in-house lawyer in China Three Gorges Latam (the Latin-American subsidiary of China’s largest clean energy group), providing legal counseling in M&A, energy and environmental law in the different jurisdictions where the subsidiary operates (Mexico, Chile, and Colombia). I have also worked as a legal associate in Zuleta Abogados Asociados, a boutique arbitration law firm in Bogotá.
