I am a foreign attorney from Cuba who graduated from law school in 2010. After graduation, I practiced law for over seven years until I immigrated to the United States in 2018 to pursue a better future and opportunities.

I am studying for a Master of Laws in Intercultural Human Rights in the LLM Degree Program at St. Thomas University. My goal is to become in a licensed attorney in the United States and help others achieve their goals.

I am a lawyer licensed in Cuba with over seven years of experience litigating civil, criminal, and family courts. I have served my community with great passion and dedication throughout my practice as a legal professional.

I have been a Legal Advisor to the Cuban Copyright Association based in the Varadero Peninsula for more than a year. I represent the company in everything related to its hiring and filing of lawsuits before the Economic Chamber of the Provincial Court from Matanzas.

A certified paralegal with more than three years of experience in immigration law, I have particular strength in litigation.
